Health insurance is a major industry of the U.S. Though there are many companies it is interesting to note that the top 25 companies account for 2/3 of the total premium collection (713 billion) of 125 Health companies. Being a large insurance company does not necessarily mean the best health insurance service. Small business groups are choosing small business HRA as an alternative to expensive policies. This offers them tax advantages and greater choices.
